Lebanon, NH – July 25, 2011 – NJM/CLI introduces the all new Cremer CF-622 Tablet Counter. Featuring an all new concept in counting based on a modular design, servo driven and servo controlled vibrators and memory flaps combined with state-of-the-art technology and simple operating procedures. This counter is designed to meet the Pharmaceutical industry needs for high efficiency, high output and very reliable tablet counting.
The CF-622 requires less space on the packaging line because of the one (1) bottle in, one (1) bottle out system. The CF-622 requires less infeed and outfeed conveyor length normally required for accumulation on other counting machines.
The all new Cremer CF-622 Tablet Counter consists of a choice of main frames with fixed side panels to accommodate a variable number of counting modules. Each module has 6 channels of 22mm width and the number of modules can vary from 3 to 10. The Cremer Counter can claim it has proven 100% accuracy of this counting concept with guaranteed outputs from 120 bpm to more than 300 bpm. The actual speeds depend on the bottle neck and product flow, as well as the overall shape and size of the product.
The simplicity of this machine design allows the operator to accomplish short changeover times with repeatable set-ups using no tools. With the removable modules, the machine has simplified cleaning with low maintenance costs. The design is such that the ease of operation comes with limited settings for the operator on the machine interface.
