Lebanon, NH – July 31, 2011 – NJM/CLI announces the release of the all new Unisort Model 30 Unscrambler at the Pack Expo Las Vegas 2011 Show on September 26-28, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.
The Unisort is featuring a compact footprint, with a sorting vertical elevator significantly reducing the overall footprint of the machine for easy integration into tight production areas. This all stainless steel, plastic bottle unscrambler provides quick changeovers in a GMP design. Its heavy-duty stainless steel and plastic bottle contact parts, with quality components, meet GMP standards and offers exceptional durability.
The Model 30 Unisort features AC motors that simplify the transmission providing low maintenance. The Unisort can handle plastic round, rectangular and square bottles with a minimum diameter of ¾ inch up to 4 inches (19mm to 102mm). The new unscrambler can handle heights from 5/8 inch to 7 ½ inch (16mm to 190mm).
NJM/CLI designed the Unisort Model 30 Unscrambler for years of reliable, low-maintenance operation. The drive system and all other major components are easily accessible from floor level for easy maintenance. The optional air and dust collection vacuum is available to help remove loose particles inside the container.
