The Model 334 CHARGER Labeler is a high speed, heavy duty servo pressure sensitive labeler that handles round, square, rectangular and oval container at speeds up to 400 cpm. This versatile model can apply one label, front-and-back labels, three-panel labels with outsert, and/or clear labels on clear bottles. It features robust construction, and accurate and reliable long life operation.
The mechanical drive synchronizes components, allowing for positive control of bottle handling, machine setup, and speed adjustments.
Versatile Workhorse
Available in a number of options and configurations, the Model 334 CHARGER Labeler features an easy-to-navigate large-screen color operator interface, graphic alarm for diagnostics and fault identification, an easy-access product database, and Allen-Bradley PLC controls—all standard. Options include missing code detector, bar code verification, integrated vision inspection, label coding, and RFID tagging, making it ideal for pharmaceutical labeling.
