Request More Information ›The TROTTER™ servo motor driven pressure sensitive labeler is highly versatile and handles a wide range of round, square, oblong or oval containers to apply wrap-around, front and back or multi-panel labels at speeds up to 120 units per minute. It features robust construction for an accurate and reliable operation throughout its long service life. With its stainless steel open frame design, the TROTTER™ labeler is designed for easy access to all machine accessories. Changeovers are completed rapidly without tools and require minimal change parts. Its robust label dispenser platform allows online hot stamp or serialization capable thermal transfer or laser printing options along with label and product vision inspection system.
The TROTTER™ labeler is available in two electronic controls configurations, both with an intuitive and user-friendly operator interface for reliable operation:
- TROTTER™ 126 which features Allen‑Bradley® PLC controls and servo drive
- TROTTER™ 127 which features B&R controller and servo drive

The COURSER® Vial / Syringe labeler can be built to handle both vials and syringes or dedicated to one. This compact labeler features a trunnion starwheel for optimal skew control and positive handling of vials, syringes and/or other small or unstable packages such as ampules, cartridges, centrifuge tubes and auto-injectors. It achieves speeds of up to 250 vials per minute and 200 syringes per minute. An option for orienting packages allows for specific label placement, such as for containers with a flange or graduation, at speeds of up to 100 units per minute.
The AUTOCOLT™ 326 IV labeler offers the ultimate in versatility, as well as servo-driven labeling precision. It handles a variety of container shapes and label configurations at speeds up to 300 units per minute. This labeler can be equipped with a wide variety of options including the AUTO-SERT® glue SIDESERT and/or TOPSERT applicators and feeders.
The AUTOCOLT™ 326 IV TRUNNION pressure sensitive labeler features a servo-driven trunnion roll system and label dispenser for a high level of labeling accuracy and optimal label skew control at speeds up to 400 units per minute.
The 251 Stand-Alone label dispenser is mounted on a portable stand, enabling it to move quickly and easily from one location to another as needed to maximize plant productivity. This servo-driven labeling dispenser can perform top or side labeling at speeds up to 200 units per minute or even customized for your exact needs.
